In My Own Words…

I find it rewarding to work in senior living because of the relationships. Older adults have so much wisdom and knowledge to share about the world, so it’s always a pleasure to be in their company.  Many other health care jobs are single-moment encounters and you really never know if you have made a difference. Working in senior living provides your life and job with a sense of purpose because you get to see the impact of your hard work.

In my role, I get the pleasure of overseeing projects for improving and maintaining the community both inside and out. Every day is different and filled with opportunity. We have an amazing staff here that is very dedicated to caring for our residents. I couldn’t be happier that my career has led me to Central Baptist Village, where we all work as a team to provide a nurturing, caring, and safe environment for our residents.
