Jackie Raschke

A majority of my childhood was spent learning how to care for others. I would accompany my mom as she worked as a nurse, caring for people in their home. I also assisted in my grandfather’s care as he lived with us for many years. Even from an early age, it was clear that supporting older adults was my calling.

Though most of my career was spent managing dementia neighborhoods, I recently felt called to shift my focus toward serving residents through meaningful activities. CBV has given me the opportunity to share my passion for service, explore new ideas, and discover what brings joy to our residents.

I am truly grateful to be part of CBV. From my very first interview, I felt that this was a harmonious environment where I could work alongside others who share my passions. Walking into CBV each day, I feel the energy and dedication our team brings to our residents and to one another. It’s a culture that I am energized by and that I am proud to be part of.
