For 130 years, generosity has shaped the story of Central Baptist Village—allowing us to grow, adapt, and innovate in service to older adults. Today, we invite you to join us in an exciting multi-year plan to revitalize our campus and improve our community spaces for all who call CBV home.

 

Your past generosity made it possible to renovate our Chapel patio, which will open in time for the warmer weather. Now, we look toward the future as we partner to improve The Pavilion and Terrace patios and their surrounding gardens.

The vision for our gardens

Our residents are a gift, deserving of love, dignity, and the very best care. The Community Spaces Fund is dedicated to enriching their lives by creating outdoor environments where they can truly thrive. This project will welcome new landscaping featuring native plants, raised garden beds, and new paths designed for residents to traverse and enjoy the gift of nature. To enhance these experiences, we are installing sound equipment and lighting to open the way for outdoor musical programs, Chapel services, and joyful moments of shared laughter. These improvements, including larger gazebos for shade and beauty, ensure our outdoor spaces are as exceptional and progressive as the care we provide.
