Gundars Simanis

Food service has always been a part of my life. I started out in the industry as a dishwasher in college and eventually moved into a leadership path within the culinary industry that has provided many wonderful opportunities.

My mission: to provide a dining experience that makes you feel welcome and cared for, just like in your own home. I keep this mission in mind every day as I work to provide our residents with that same welcome feeling that you get when you’re with family enjoying a meal together. We strive to offer a wide variety of tastes and cuisines, keeping in mind the importance of proper nutrition and our residents’ daily needs. I realize that I am privileged to be able to serve the residents in our community, and I make it my promise for the dining experience to “Be the Best Part of our Resident’s Day.”
